Could Cyrus have been on the Syndicates Payroll? And Kia is more corrupt she hated the 3rd street saints boss for personal reasons never revealedWhy didnt Stag ever go after the syndicate?
I'd think the Syndicate was simply better in keeping their criminal dealings hidden - after all STAG was called in only after the Luchadores destroyed the bridge which was like shining a spotlight on a crime in progress, no option but to deal with it.
