Do all my ribbons have to be on one Pokemon to get into the Ribbon Syndicate?

I definitely have more than ten ribbons, but it won't let me in.Do all my ribbons have to be on one Pokemon to get into the Ribbon Syndicate?
In Diamond and Pearl a Coordinator must have the master rank ribbon in all five categories to gain access while in Platinum the player must have at least 10 ribbons on the Pok茅mon in their party to gain access.

my Empoleon has at least 20 ribbons, but i think i got in with 15. i dont really remember, but just a forewarning, the Ribbon Syndicate is really dissapointing. all you can do there is buy gorgeous/royal/regal ribbons for 10,000/90,000/max money amount. i use an action replay so the money isnt a probem for me, but its really a waste of money anyways. also you can get a pokemon massage, which is supposed to make it friendly, but i just feed them berries. hope this helps. and if you want an easy master rank contest ribbon, use kangaskahn, with a certain moveset i can pwn all four ranks for quick ribbons. ;)
