you have to find all three syndicate outfits.
1 is in bikanel desert just go to the oasis
another is in mt. gagazet just talk to kmarhi and then go up the mountain you'll see a leblance syndicate jumping up just follow her into the hot spring.
the last one is in mushroom rock road just walk down the side of the road and you'll see 2 syndicates fighting about the sphere. find it up ahead by a rock. it's not that hard to miss!
when you are beating them you should probily eguip yuna,rikku,or paine with their special dresshere's until leblanc is dead or ormi logos one of them is dead. then they can't do love lost. i recomend using yuna with the garment grid unerring path which makes it much easier to use special dresspheres. to use them just change into all the dressheres on your grid then you'll see a panel on the screen that said change into special dresshere.

I personally like SyndicateProject and watch him, i for one when i saw this, i thought it was legit, but the more he dicovered it and so on? it has to be fake. Also got an advanced copy but it's working fine for me... I'd say your RAM spec needs to be bumped up a bit to 4GB. Otherwise, I suggest running it in windowed mode for a while, just to let the heavy graphics pass. Also found a few nifty fixes, check them in the source. For years now even before the internet the "advance fee scam" has been centered in Nigeria. On the internet it is a simple thing really. They tell you that you can be shown as an relative of someone that died. There is money that you can get. So you answer and it goes on and on until you are told that a fee must be paid first to receive the money. If you pay the first fee, there another and another, etc. A couple of years ago I followed one along for about a month after I was contacted and finally let it go.
It was fun but still a scam. It is my belief that they have government employees in Nigeria that are part of it. And there are other scams that are centered in Nigeria. Hope this helped.

These beggars are not just homeless but has mental illness as well, the greasy girl was pissing while she was walking, the other teen girl was scrapping on the rubbish bin for food %26amp; talking to herself. Do you think they need help from government community services or support from local humanitarian organizations? Beggars in PI, Do you think this are Family business or run by Syndicate? Some may be run by syndicates especially the little children-beggars but most of them are just homeless. While they really need to be helped by the government (even the NGOs) and the government recognizes them, there's just too many (more than you think) of them that all of the government's resources (even if there's no corruption) won't be enough if allocated solely to helping them.
Many come from the provinces with no skills and little intention of working.
Many children are sent out by parents that have no other income.
Many are homeless and untrained in human relations.
The real question is what are you doing to help.

While they really need to be helped by the government (even the NGOs) and the government recognizes them, there's just too many (more than you think) of them that all of the government's resources (even if there's no corruption) won't be enough if allocated solely to helping them.

It would be cool--I'd buy it and check it out at least once. Edit: Being sincere here....one of my guilty pleasures as a young teenager was the old-school _Secret Society of Super-Villains_ comic. I think there's enough room in DC Comics for at least _one_ well-written villain book, you just have to pick the right people.
Catch is: Writing these characters. Making them good characters--as in compelling--while keeping to the "equal/opposite universe" theme. Most writers can't or won't pull it off--they're too busy making a joke out of it as per Bizarro World.
I'd personally like an _updated_ version of the origin story behind the CSA. Something along the lines of: They start out young, idealistic, and powerful....So where did their lives go so wrong? How did they _Not_ become heroes? Is their world just that sick and twisted--or were they themselves somehow responsible for everything being reversed/mirrored?
Basically do a Year Minus One take on them, before they become debauched and all Jersey-Shore-ish.
Edit 2: Have Brian Azzarello write it, maybe J. Scott Campbell do artwork--and do what _Smallville_ did with Lex Luthor, with the main cast. Start out with young, idealistic people and actually make people wonder "Ok, do they really _have to_ turn out so bad?"
