you have to find all three syndicate outfits.
1 is in bikanel desert just go to the oasis
another is in mt. gagazet just talk to kmarhi and then go up the mountain you'll see a leblance syndicate jumping up just follow her into the hot spring.
the last one is in mushroom rock road just walk down the side of the road and you'll see 2 syndicates fighting about the sphere. find it up ahead by a rock. it's not that hard to miss!
when you are beating them you should probily eguip yuna,rikku,or paine with their special dresshere's until leblanc is dead or ormi logos one of them is dead. then they can't do love lost. i recomend using yuna with the garment grid unerring path which makes it much easier to use special dresspheres. to use them just change into all the dressheres on your grid then you'll see a panel on the screen that said change into special dresshere.

-irresponsible
-unethical
-lack of humanity
-forced/threaten by someone
Effects:
-for self: becoming violent/negative thinker (dare to commit sin %26amp; hurt others)
-for community: spoiling the image of doctors
-for country: affects country's name
Well, that's really embarrassing for those who doing this job. Really feel ashamed of them! Just imagine how the baby's own mother %26amp; father feel when they are told that the baby passed away in the womb or during the delivery. Right now I would have to say it's the various Mexican cartels. They control the flow of drugs from South America and distribute to other countries.
Not only that, but they are extremely violent. There's a group called Los Zetas that was an elite group of Mexican soldiers trained by U.S. special forces.
